(My first upload to megaupload - hopefully all goes well!)

Quality: SBD 9
A good 1973 USA tour soundboard recording. Although I do kind of feel it's tilting on the dry sounding edge, but I guess that's up to you to judge. I heard rumors that Presence has a complete sbd from this show, but I find it hard to believe, because since he was the one who released this fragment, why wouldn't he release the whole thing? Sounds kinda fishy to me, but anyways, a great sounding sbd. Dig it!

Performance: N/A
I decided not to rate the performance, because all I have to judge is only four songs - not enough for me to rate a performance.

Moving to megaupload

Hey Everyone,

I've decided to move to Megaupload, because I have realised that 4shared deletes my files after a limited amount of time. So, the time has come to move to megaupload. So, I will reupload everything that I have posted so far to megaupload, and in the future, I'll be uploading the rest of my collection to megaupload. Also, I will now be compressing them to .rar and .zip files, because it will make everything much easier for me, and for you downloaders. Peace my friends!

SBD "Jennings Farm Blues"

"Jennings Farm Blues"
Soundboard Recording

This particular track was recorded during the Led Zeppelin III seesions, I believe, but correct me if I'm wrong. This song is basically an electric, and instrumental version of Bron-Yr-Aur Stomp. The quality is very good. Probrably the best quality COMPLETE studio outtake track. Enjoy!

1. Jennings Farm Blues

Quality: SBD 10
Probrably the best quality COMPLETE outtake track that's in circulation, along with "Swan Song". I can't really rate the performance, because this is a studio track.

This is pretty good sounding soundboard recording. Like most of the 1980 soundboards, this one sounds a little bit dry, however, the mix is very nice. Everything is very well balanced.

Performance: 9
There have been better performances from the band during the 1980 tour, although this isn't a bad performance. It is still one of my favorite recordings from the 1980 tour.

Quality: SBD 9
Not a bad soundboard recording from 1969. Jonesy's bass seems just a tad low on the mix, and during the first few seconds of Dazed And Confused, it sounds like it's rattling something. This rattling noise stops after the first few notes, so no big deal.

Performance: 9.5
I'd like to say that I think the band is in top form. They are all on fire! Page is doing some awesome soloing, especially during I Can't Quit You Babe, and Bonzo is on fire during the whole performance. Interesting medley during How Many More Times. Definately one of the good shows from 1969. Crank 'er up!

This is a really good sounding soundboard. Like all of the 1975 soundboards released by EVSD, this one has a very warm, and nice sound to it. Jimmy's guitar is low in the mix through most of the concert, sadly, but you can still hear him. Bonzo's bass drum is higher in the mix than usual, which I kind of like, as it gives the sound a very punchy feeling. EVSD did an excellent job with the EQ on this recording. So hats off to EVSD! Excellent!

Performance: 9
Another great performance from 1975. Plant is in good voice for the most part. The whole concert is just one great highlight. NOTE: Whole Lotta Love/Black Dog was played this night, but for some reason, is missing from the original soundboard recording.

SBD 1971-9-4 Toronto

Like most, if not all of the 1971 soundboard recordings, this one sounds really bassy, distorted, and muddy sounding. Still very listenable though. Plant is probrably the only one that shines very clearly through this recording.

Performance: 9
Nothing particularly amazing about this show. Just a typical 1971 Zeppelin show (which I guess is still amazing, lol!).

SBD 1980-6-21 Rotterdam

An incomplete soundboard recording of the Rotterdam show. Damn. The sound isn't as good as the Frankfurt or Zurich shows, but it's still a good recording. Sounds a little bit like the Bonzo's Birthday Party soundboard recording: bassy, and a little low sounding. Overall, a nice addition to any collection.

Performance: 9
This is a fun show. One of my favorite shows, partially, because of seeing the 8mm film segment of this concert on the Latter Visions (Celebration) DVD. This is a fun show. My favorite song from this particular recording is probably Trampled Underfoot.

SBD 1980-6-27 Nuremberg

June 27, 1980 Nuremberg, Germany
Soundboard Recording

1. Train Kept A Rollin'
2. Nobody's Fault But Mine

http://www.4shared.com/dir/3198870/6f5f6e5a/Led_Zeppelin_-_19800627_Nuremberg.html

Quality: SBD 9.5
Very good quality. Just a great sounding soundboard. I decided not to rate the performance of this show, because I found it very hard to rate this show, considering Bonzo only lasted three numbers before passing out. So you can be the judge of this performance. Cheers!

Wow, a soundboard recording of the famous Bonzo's Birthday Party show. Sadly, incomplete. I wonder where the rest is. Well, anyways, not too bad recording quality. It does sound a little dull, there isn't much presence in the recording, but still very listenable and very good quality. That'll be my perfect day when the rest surfaces.

Performance: 9.5
Great '73 performance. Plant's voice does crack and give out here and there, but for the most part he sounds not too shabby. The whole band is having a great night, and I guess this show was a great way to celebrate Bonzo's 25th birthday. Happy birthday Bonzo!

Very good quality for an audience recording. Must've been recorded close to the stage. This is a fantastic sounding audience recording! One my my favorite audience recordings of Zeppelin live from 1973. Scratch that, this IS my favorite audience recording of Zeppelin live in 1973. Although the recording kind of sounds like it's going in and out at times, probrably caused by the recordist moving around. Nothing near being unlistenable though. Still, a very very good audience recording

Performance: 9
Probrably one of the best performances of the '73 US tour. Plant's voice doesn't seem to crack or give out much during the concert. The whole band is very tight together during this concert, as it is from the first leg of the tour. Definately worth the download. Cheers!

Rarely do I rate bootlegs with a "10", but this one really deserves a "10"! The reason it sounds so good is because it's sourced from the multi-track soundboard recording. This is the "official" mix, as it was mixed by Kevin Shirley for the Led Zeppelin DVD. Too bad the tape runs out in the middle of Heartbreaker. I've heard that Since I've Been Lovin' You was played at this show too, but I find this hard to believe, because there's no source or evidence whatsoever of it being played. Anyways, this sounds amazing! Everyone should have this one!

Performance: 10
Ok, well obviously this is an amazing bootleg. A great performance, and a great recording. Everyone should have this one! Page is on fire during I Can't Quit You Babe! And it's Jimmy's birthday. Happy birthday Jimmy! My verdict: get it!

This is one of the better sounding 1980 soundboards. Not as dry as alot of them. This is probrably in the top five of my favorite 1980 shows. The mix is very well. Bonzo seems a tad bit louder in the mix than usual, which I really like, because it gives the sound a more punchy feeling to it. Overall, a great sounding 1980 bootleg.

Performance: 9
You'd think that since it's the opening night of the tour, the band wouldn't be as sharp, or would be going easy. Well, that wasn't the case. This is actually one of the better performances of 1980. It was ineteresting to hear how they did Whole Lotta Love as an intro to Heartbreaker, and then did Whole Lotta Love as an outro after Heartbreaker. A great show...

SBD 1969-3-17 Danish TV

Quality: SBD 9.75
The best sounding soundboard recording from 1969 by far. This is the original soundboard recording for the famous Danish TV performance. This sounds great, almost as good, if not just as good, as the Royal Albert Hall 1/9/70 multi-track soundboard recording.

Performance: 10
A great performance. Superb.

SBD 1972-6-25 Long Beach

Quality: SBD 9.75
Probrably one of the best, if not the best soundboard recording from the '71/'72 tours. This sounds so good. It just sucks balls that it's incomplete. Every instrument comes in loud and clear, and every thing is very well balanced. Bonzo's snare drum kind of sounds like he has his snares turned off, but I highly doubt this is a problem with the recording, since I'm a drummer, and I'd probrably know if it was a recording problem or not.

Performance: 9.5
A great performance. It's kind of hard though to judge the performance from only 3 songs, but from what I've hear, this is great.
